Marinades "Soaking up the good life"
Nando's marinades inspire the culinary adventurer from the oven to the barbeque! There's one for everyone! Each marinade has varying amounts of PERi-PERi that has been carefully combined with a selection of diverse and unique flavours, and even exotic flavours from around the world.
Range: Portuguese Barbeque, Sweet & Sticky, Hot PERi-PERi and Lemon and Herb.
Best For: Flavour that goes right to the bone! Let your favourite chicken, fish, beef or lamb absorb the marinade for at least 15 minutes prior to cooking, or for best results - with the exception of fish - marinade overnight. Then barbeque, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart's content!
Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi Marinade

Description: A fruity blend of brown sugar, molasses, soy sauce, tomato and Peri-Peri (African Bird's Eye Chilli). Usage: Let your favourite chicken, fish, beef or lamb absorb the flavour and heat of our marinades in a dish for at least 15 min prior to cooking. For best results, marinade overnight. Then BBQ, baste, grill or stir-fry to your heart's content. Do not pour used marinade back into bottle. Shake well before use. Details: Once opened refrigerate and use within 3 weeks. Additives: Contains no added MSG. |
